Job Vacancy: Customer Service & Returns Specialist at Graceful Boutique

Graceful Boutique is a fast-growing online boutique, and we're on the lookout for an upbeat and dependable Customer Service & Returns Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you'll be the friendly face behind our brand, making sure every customer has an amazing experience from checkout to delivery — and beyond.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries through email, live chat, and social media quickly and professionally.
  • Help customers with order tracking, delivery updates, and account questions.
  • Process returns and exchanges, walking customers through the process with ease.
  • Escalate complex issues to the right team members when needed.
  • Track customer feedback and flag recurring issues to help us keep improving.
  • Stay up to date on our product line so you can answer questions with confidence.

Requirements:

  • No degree required — a great attitude and a genuine desire to help people are what we're after.
  • Strong written communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable working independently from home with minimal supervision.
  • Basic familiarity with online shopping platforms and email tools.
  • Great time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple conversations at once.
  • Prior customer service experience is a bonus, but we're happy to train the right person.
