We currently ship within the United States only.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Some products are made to order and require production time of 3–5 days before shipping. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you by email.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location. Occasional delays can occur due to carrier capacity or weather conditions.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@gracefulboutiquemiami.com.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check around your delivery address and with neighbors. If you still cannot locate it, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date at support@gracefulboutiquemiami.com and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
We are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
