Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order free of charge, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped. Orders are typically processed within 12 hours of being placed.
To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at support@gracefulboutiquemiami.com with your order number and cancellation request.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In that case, you are welcome to return the item once received, in accordance with our return process below.
Return Period
You may return an item within 30 days of the date of receipt. After this period, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or process refunds.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused, unworn, and undamaged
- Returned in original packaging with all tags attached
- Free from perfume, makeup, deodorant, or any signs of wear
The following items are non-returnable:
- Underwear, lingerie, and hosiery (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
How to Start a Return
All returns require prior approval. Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unapproved returns will not be accepted and cannot be refunded.
To request a return, email us at support@gracefulboutiquemiami.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
- A photo of the item if it arrived damaged or incorrect
Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions including the return address and any further steps.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a customer reason (such as ordering the wrong size or simply changing your mind), return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. The exact cost depends on your chosen carrier. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.
If the return is due to our error (such as a damaged item, wrong item, or incorrect color), we will cover the full return shipping cost and send a replacement at no charge.
We do not charge any restocking fees, customs fees, or administration fees for approved returns.
Shipping Risk
Return packages are sent at the customer's risk. We strongly recommend using a shipping service that provides a tracking number, as we are unable to confirm receipt of packages without one. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or delayed in transit.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return your original item following the process above and place a new order separately. This ensures the fastest turnaround for you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your return has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
If you have not received your refund after 14 business days, please first check your bank account and contact your card provider, as processing times can vary. If you still have not received it, contact us at support@gracefulboutiquemiami.com and we will look into it right away.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@gracefulboutiquemiami.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund at no cost to you.
